"IVY Drive" (艾维驱动), "we" and "us" refer to the IVY Drive studio, which makes SonoScope (声镜), Traceline (速迹) and related applications and websites (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms. Payments are sold and processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, whose own buyer terms also apply to the purchase itself. "IVY Drive"(艾维驱动)、"我们"指 IVY Drive 工作室,开发声镜 SonoScope、速迹 Traceline 及相关应用与网站(以下称"服务")。创建账号或使用本服务即表示你同意本条款。商品由我们的收单主体 Dodo Payments 销售并处理支付,其自身的买家条款同样适用于购买行为本身。
You need an account to buy a plan and to use the cloud AI features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email current — we use it to deliver access, receipts and important notices. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live), and if you are under the age of majority you may use the Services only with a parent or guardian's consent. Prices are shown on the plans pages and charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; one-off purchases do not renew. Access to a paid plan begins immediately on payment. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The AI assistant produces automated suggestions from the data you provide (for example a speaker measurement or a lap session). It can be wrong. Its output is guidance, not professional, safety, financial or engineering advice — use your own judgement, especially before acting on anything affecting equipment or safety. To answer, your prompt and the attached data are sent to our AI provider (see the Privacy Policy). You keep ownership of the measurements, telemetry and other content you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process it only as needed to run the Services for you (for example, to hold a Traceline session in the cloud so you can reach it from another device). The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those your law makes non-excludable. Measurement, analysis and AI results are estimates and may contain errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or where required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China unless your local mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
