How to cancel, when a purchase can be refunded, and how to reach us. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments; this policy is IVY Drive's own commitment to you on top of your statutory rights.

Cancelling a subscription

取消订阅

You can cancel any subscription at any time — email support@ivy-drive.com and we stop the next renewal. Cancelling is not the same as a refund: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it simply does not renew. You keep every day you paid for. 你可以随时取消任意订阅 —— 邮件联系 support@ivy-drive.com,我们即停止下一次续费。取消不等于退款:你的权益会保留到本已付费周期结束,到期后不再续费。你已付费的每一天都照常保留。

Access to a digital plan is delivered immediately, so by completing a purchase you agree that delivery begins at once. Within that, we still offer a fair refund window: 数字权益在付款后即时开通,因此完成购买即表示你同意权益立即开始交付。在此前提下,我们仍提供一个合理的退款窗口:

Within 14 days, if the plan is barely used — email us and we refund the purchase, less the payment provider's $1 per-refund fee, which is not returned to us on a refund. 14 天内、且几乎未使用 —— 邮件联系我们即可退款,并扣除支付平台每笔 $1 的退款手续费(该费用在退款时不会退还给我们)。
After 14 days, or once a plan has been used — we do not refund time already paid for. Instead, cancel the subscription (above) so it does not renew; you keep the remainder of the term. 超过 14 天,或权益已被使用 —— 已付费的时长不予退还。请改为取消订阅(见上),使其不再续费;剩余时长照常保留。
Monthly plans are cancellation-only. Their price is below the $1 refund fee, so a cash refund is not possible; cancel instead and the current month, already ending, stands. 月付方案仅支持取消。其价格低于 $1 退款费,无法进行现金退款;请改为取消,当月(本就即将结束)照常有效。
AI top-up credits can be refunded in proportion to the credits you have not yet used, within the same 14-day window. AI 加量包可在同样的 14 天窗口内,按你尚未使用的额度比例退款。

Prefer store credit or extra time? Just ask — we are usually happy to add goodwill time to your account instead of a cash refund, and it is often the faster fix. 更想要额外时长或补偿?直接说 —— 我们通常乐意给你的账号补一段时长来代替现金退款,而且往往更快解决问题。

Your statutory rights

你的法定权利

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. In particular, EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content — a full refund with no fee deducted — unless you agreed to immediate delivery and waived that right at checkout. If your statutory right applies, tell us and we refund in full. Payments and tax are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; disputes about a charge can also be raised with them. 本政策不限制你在所在国消费者法下享有的权利。特别地,欧盟与英国消费者对数字内容的购买享有 14 天无理由撤回权 —— 全额退款、不扣手续费 —— 除非你在结账时同意立即交付并放弃该权利。若你的法定权利适用,请告知我们,我们将全额退款。收款与税费由 Dodo Payments 作为收单主体处理,关于扣款的争议也可向其提出。
